Paying an order with USDT on Tron (TRC-20), step by step
Check out, open the order page and copy the USDT address marked Tron network (TRC-20). Send exactly the amount due, in USDT, on Tron. Then email the transaction hash and your order number to support@vanepeptides.com. The order has to be paid within 72 hours of being placed or it is cancelled; it ships once the payment is confirmed.

USDT, USDC or BTC: what changes when you pay an order
All three settle a Vane order, and none is preferred. USDT and USDC are dollar stablecoins, so you send the order total as the same figure; BTC is sent as the value of that dollar total. Each address on the order page belongs to one network, and the network you send on must match it. Confirmation time depends on the network: Bitcoin adds a block about every ten minutes, the stablecoin networks within seconds.

Short, late or wrong-network payments: what happens next
Email support@vanepeptides.com with the order number and the transaction hash as soon as you notice; that is the first move in every case. An order that has not received its full amount is not packed. Seventy-two hours after placement, an unpaid order is cancelled. A transfer sent on a network the order page does not list may not be recoverable, and support will tell you what, if anything, can be done. Nothing here promises a refund or a recovery.
