Paying an order with USDT on Tron (TRC-20), step by step

Short answer

Check out, open the order page and copy the USDT address marked Tron network (TRC-20). Send exactly the amount due, in USDT, on Tron. Then email the transaction hash and your order number to support@vanepeptides.com. The order has to be paid within 72 hours of being placed or it is cancelled; it ships once the payment is confirmed.

Before you send anything

Three things need to be in place. Skip one and it is the transfer that goes wrong, not the order.

  • A placed order. Fill the bag from the shop or the finder, check out with a US delivery address and confirm research use. Payment details only exist once the order does.
  • A wallet holding USDT on the Tron network. USDT exists on several networks; only the Tron version, the TRC-20 token, can be sent to a Tron address.
  • Some TRX in the same wallet. A Tron transfer is paid for in TRX, the network's own coin, not in USDT. A wallet with USDT and no TRX may refuse to send.

If the order page shows no address labelled Tron network (TRC-20), this route is not open for that order. Use a network that is listed (the USDT, USDC or BTC guide sets out the differences) or email support before sending.

The procedure

Eight steps, in order. Steps 2 to 5 are where almost every payment problem starts, so take them slowly.

  1. Step 01Open the order page

    Right after checkout the browser lands on the order page. It also stays listed under Account, then Orders, while you are signed in. Its Settlement panel holds everything needed: the amount due, the payment deadline and one row per wallet address.

  2. Step 02Find the Tron row

    Each row names the asset or assets it accepts and its network. The one for this route reads USDT, with Network: Tron network (TRC-20). A Tron address starts with a capital T and is 34 characters long. Ignore rows for other networks, even when they accept USDT too.

  3. Step 03Copy the address

    Press Copy on that row rather than retyping the address. Paste it into your wallet's send screen, then compare the first six and last six characters with the order page. Where a browser blocks the clipboard, the button selects the address instead so it can be copied by hand.

  4. Step 04Choose Tron in the wallet

    Many wallets hold USDT on more than one network and ask which one to send on. Pick Tron, sometimes shown as TRX or TRC-20. Asset and network in the wallet must be the same pair as the row you copied from.

  5. Step 05Enter the exact amount

    The order page asks for the dollar total in USDT, one for one, so the figure you send is the order total to the cent. The Tron fee comes out of your TRX balance, not the USDT. Sending from an exchange account? Check whether its withdrawal fee is taken from the amount you type: the amount that arrives is the one that counts.

  6. Step 06Send, then copy the hash

    Confirm the transfer. The wallet then shows a transaction hash, also called a TXID; on Tron it is 64 characters of digits and the letters a to f. Copy it and keep it with the order number.

  7. Step 07Reply with the hash

    Email the hash and the order number to support@vanepeptides.com. The link under the addresses on the order page opens a message with the subject line filled in. The hash is how the transfer is matched to your order, so send it even when the payment looks complete.

  8. Step 08Let the order move

    Once the transfer is confirmed on-chain and matched, the order is packed. Tracking appears on the order page after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Nothing more is needed from you.

The 72-hour window

The clock starts when the order is placed, not when you open the order page, and the Settlement panel prints the deadline. An order still unpaid after 72 hours is cancelled.

Prices are locked when an order is placed. If one lapses, a new order is priced at whatever the listing shows on the day it is placed. With the deadline close, email support before sending rather than after. A transfer that arrives too late is covered in the short, late or wrong-network guide.

Six checks before you press send

  1. CHK 01Asset: USDT.
  2. CHK 02Network: Tron (TRC-20), both in the wallet and on the order page row.
  3. CHK 03Address: starts with T; the first and last six characters match the order page.
  4. CHK 04Amount: the amount due as it will arrive, after any exchange withdrawal fee.
  5. CHK 05Fee: some TRX in the sending wallet.
  6. CHK 06Deadline: well inside the 72 hours printed on the order page.
