Building the USDT total: box prices, shipping blocks and what you send
Short answer
A total adds up the box prices in the bag and one shipping charge for the whole order, which steps by blocks of boxes rather than single boxes. On the Tron route that dollar figure goes as USDT, one per dollar, to the cent; on Bitcoin it is converted into BTC when you send.

The three parts of a total
- Box prices: each Vane listing carries a dollar price for one box, and an order keeps the price it showed when placed.
- Quantity: the number of boxes of each listing in the bag. A box always holds the vial count stated on its listing.
- Shipping: one charge for the order, worked out from the total number of boxes, whatever mix of listings they are.
Checkout shows all three before the order is placed, and the Settlement panel on the order page shows their sum as the amount due. Nothing is added after that. Shipping is never billed on its own, and the courier collects nothing.

How shipping steps with the box count
Shipping moves in blocks. The opening block carries the full charge and covers several boxes; each block after it costs less. Current figures, read from checkout as this page loads:

USDT on Tron settles at par, so the USDT to send is the dollar total to the cent. The table takes one listing and shows the total for several box counts:
