After you pay: reading the three status lines on a Vane order
Short answer
Each order page shows three status lines: Order, Payment and Fulfilment. They start at pending and unpaid; once the transfer is matched to the order the payment line changes, and once the parcel leaves the fulfilment line changes and a tracking number appears. An order still unpaid at the deadline is cancelled.

Where the lines are
Sign in and open Account, then Orders. Every order gets a page of its own, headed by its number. Under the number sit three lines, one for the order as a whole, one for its payment and one for its fulfilment, followed by the Settlement panel while payment is due, the lines that were ordered, and a shipments section once a parcel is on its way.

What each line tracks

The wording comes from the order system itself, so an unusual case can show another value, such as a partial payment. When a line shows something you do not expect, email support with the order number before sending anything further.

Why the payment line can lag the transfer
A transfer has to confirm on its network and then be matched to the order. The transaction hash you email to support@vanepeptides.com is what makes that match quick, so send it even when the wallet already shows the payment as complete. Until the match is made, the payment line keeps its earlier value.
On Bitcoin, confirmation alone can take a while when the fee rate was low; BTC, step by step explains why. On Tron it is usually quick.

The deadline
While payment is due, the Settlement panel prints the deadline, 72 hours after the order was placed, in US Central time. When it passes without a matched payment, the order is cancelled and its order line reads Canceled. A new order is then needed, at the prices of the day it is placed.

Tracking
When the parcel is handed over, a shipments section appears on the order page with the carrier's tracking number and, where the carrier provides one, a link to follow it. Delivery is inside the US only, and a parcel already moving keeps its address.
If tracking stops moving, or the parcel arrives damaged, the returns page sets out what to send and by when: no later than a week after delivery, with pictures and the order number.
